  • Studio-level support from the same team for up to four hero-level brand campaigns per year, each built on the baseline in the proposal (strategy, 1 production day, a 30-second hero film, & a focused set of cutdowns).
How It's Structured Financially
  • There is no separate monthly fee for Pillar 3.
  • All work in this pillar is handled by the same dedicated creative, production, & editorial team that runs Pillar 1 (On Purpose Engine) & Pillar 2 (Social Content Engine).
  • The Full Ecosystem retainer is based on the team required to keep the weekly On Purpose engine & monthly content days stable, with enough flex to handle the level of launches, events, PR, & brand campaigns described above, without requiring a separate specials retainer.
  • Whether you run zero brand campaigns or four, the underlying team required for Pillars 1 & 2 is the same; Pillar 3 simply defines how that existing capacity can be applied.
  • When a brand partnership needs more than that baseline (e.g., additional shoot days, multiple locations, extended team or deliverables), the incremental production budget is scoped case-by-case & can be funded directly by the brand.

When Work Becomes a Separate Scope
If a partnership, tour, or series of events would overextend the core dedicated team to the point where it would impact the weekly On Purpose engine or monthly content days, we’ll flag it early & either scope the incremental work as its own initiative or include it in the brand-funded production budget tied to that campaign (for brand partnerships).
